Open Video Project prioritizes clear, evidence-based responses and maintains a public address and phone number for accountability. Provide precise references such as timestamps, source links, and any supporting documents to help our review process. We treat verification requests seriously and respond in a timely manner. We do not offer financial, investment, or paid business services. Requests for commercial offers or investment opportunities will receive a standard response explaining our non-commercial status. For urgent legal or safety concerns, include clear contact details and the specific nature of the issue so we can escalate appropriately.
Response Practice and Timing
We aim to acknowledge receipt of verification and correction requests within 5 business days. Complex investigations that require additional research or outside consultation may take longer; when that is the case we provide an estimated timeline. Responses include the outcome of our review, references to sources used in the assessment, and any corrective steps that were taken. If a correction is implemented, we publish a short note on the content page indicating what changed and why, along with a timestamp. For privacy reasons we will not publish personal contact details in public corrections, but we will provide a private response to the requester when appropriate. If you require documentation of sponsorships, funding, or advertiser relationships for compliance review, state this in your request and include contact details so we can prepare the relevant summary.
